The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Founding Growth & Partnerships Lead to own and scale our customer lifecycle from inbound leads through long-term partner success.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of our growth. You will work directly with leadership to drive new business, onboard customers, and ensure they are successful on our platform.

You’ll be both strategic and deeply hands-on, building the foundation for how we acquire, implement, and grow customer relationships.

This will be an opportunity to be the third full-time employee at a fast-growing startup.

What You’ll Do

Growth & Sales

  • Own and manage the inbound sales funnel, from initial outreach through close
  • Run product demos and guide prospects through the buying process
  • Manage full sales cycles, including pricing, negotiation, and contracting
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and accelerate pipeline

Partnerships & Customer Success

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers (clinics, providers, partners)
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Drive retention, engagement, and expansion across accounts

Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead customer onboarding, setup, and launch
  • Ensure smooth implementation of the platform within customer workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues and remove blockers to adoption

Operations & Scale

  • Design and implement repeatable processes across sales, onboarding, and support
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to incorporate customer feedback
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally
  • Help define and build the Growth & Partnerships function as we scale

Who You Are

  • 4–8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, customer success, or implementation, ideally in AI or digital health
  • Proactive about adopting new tools and systems to enhance productivity, automate manual work, and scale output
  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and close deals
  • Experience working directly with customers to implement technology and drive adoption
  • Highly hands-on and execution-oriented—comfortable operating without structure
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust with external partners and internal teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or working with providers is a strong plus
  • Motivated by improving outcomes for patients with chronic disease
